Jill has over 20 years experience in real estate investment and management, specifically working in the Oakland and San Francisco markets. As the former Executive Director for the East Bay Rental Housing Association she is a recognized industry leader in housing policy, property management and pre-purchase due diligence. As a former lobbyist, she has managed campaigns focused on real estate, rent control and property owners rights. Jill often speaks on panels and other public engagements concerning rental housing policy at the state and local level.
Jill is a member of the Oakland Berkeley Association of Realtors, serving on the Government Action Committee, as well as a member of the California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Jill is also a member of East Bay Rental Housing Association, San Francisco Apartment Association, California Rental Housing Association, California Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Jill currently serves on the Federal and Legislative committees as a State Director for the California Association of Realtors. Additionally, Jill serves as Investment Housing Issues Chair and is currently one of five to serve on the Californians for Homeownership Political Action Committee.
Jill graduated from St. Mary's College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics. She is a first generation Latina college-graduate, fluent in English and Spanish.
